Poor print quality caused by wet filament, incorrect slicer settings, poor bed adhesion, printer calibration, or machine issues is the responsibility of the user.

• Claim the design as your own

If a commercial license is offered separately, only customers with an active commercial license may sell digital prints.

If you believe you have found an actual issue with the digital file itself....YOU DIDN'T, THE FILE WAS TESTED.

User setup issues, printer calibration problems, modified settings, or printing experience are not considered defects in the digital file.
